Andrea supports our strategic business development team. Prior to joining FTV Capital, Andrea was an operations associate and executive assistant to the managing partners and investment team at Backcast Partners Management. Prior to Backcast, Andrea held administrative and operations roles at NGEN Partners and Icon Luxury Group.
