Bob is a proven global sales executive dedicated to helping FTV Capital portfolio companies optimize sales effectiveness to help drive scale and growth. Bob partners with our portfolio operators to strategize and drive execution towards things like: improving demand generation, shifting focus towards enterprise clients, geographic expansion, “land and expand” approaches, etc.

Bob has over 20 years of technology sales leadership operating experience at high growth Boston based technology company PTC, where he spent close to 5 years as CRO. In his experience there, Bob hired and developed hundreds of sales leaders both in the United States and around the world. He also spent over two years living in London and running an international sales team. As CRO, Bob helped lead PTC towards doubling it’s enterprise value during his time in that position. Subsequent to PTC, Bob has gained experience in high growth SaaS. Besides Bob’s operating experience, he prides himself on the ability to learn and leverage contemporary best practices across sales and marketing. It’s not unusual for Bob to speak with over 150 different companies each year. Bob also sponsors quarterly sales leadership group sessions, focused on topics that our portfolio sales leaders are focused on.
