Kayla is a member of FTV Capital’s data and technology team, focused on research, analytics and investment operations. Prior to joining FTV, she was an analytics engineer at Insight Partners, delivering data-driven insights and product solutions to support investment and operational decision-making. She previously held analytics roles at eMarketer (formerly Insider Intelligence) and Thorogood Associates.
