A growth-focused executive with more than 30 years of enterprise software leadership, Kevin has a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, driving revenue transformation and guiding organizations through critical inflection points. Prior to joining FTV, he was chief revenue officer at Agiloft, where he spent five years leading global sales, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding into new verticals and geographies. Previously, he held senior strategy and operations roles at Zuora and Apttus, served as president and COO of Software AG North America, and spent two decades in sales leadership at TIBCO Software and Parametric Technology Corporation.
Kevin is passionate about partnering with founders and executives to unlock scalable sales engines, expand market reach and build organizational discipline for long-term success. Known for mentoring leaders and creating repeatable playbooks that deliver results, his guiding principle is: “You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your processes and systems.”
