Michele is a member of FTV’s talent team and leads the firm’s internal people strategy, with a focus on recruiting, performance management, compensation, talent development and other firmwide talent initiatives. Prior to joining FTV, Michele was a vice president of human resources at EQT Group. Previously, she held human capital roles at JCDecaux, Progyny, TravelClick and Barclays.
