Padget is a member of FTV’s talent team and FTV Propel with a primary focus on portfolio company recruiting, strategic talent and hiring initiatives. Prior to joining FTV, Padget led her own executive search consulting business. Prior to that, Padget held multiple recruiting roles with Korn Ferry (US and UK offices) and SG Partners.

Padget enjoys exploring NYC sights, museums and parks and playgrounds with her husband and young daughter. She also enjoys traveling, yoga, golf, reading and needlepointing.
